LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION FOREMAN
Looking for a highly motivated individual who would be responsible for running all aspects of a job site. The right person must be able to manage a crew, coordinate the flow of a job, and budget time to complete jobs within their estimates. Individual will need to read and understand landscape plans, and be able to measure and lay out plantings according to those plans. Applicant must have knowledge of plant handling, care, planting and pruning, and be able to ID a wide variety of plant material. A degree in horticulture/landscaping, Master Gardener, industry certification, or equal practical experience required. Basic machine operating skills (Bobcat, Mini-Excavator) preferred. GARDEN MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
Looking for an individual who has extensive plant I.D. skills, and knowledge of Trees, Shrubs, Perennials and Annuals. This individual should also have Pruning knowledge and experience with Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Roses and grasses. The Foreman will perform and oversee others in planting, watering, deadheading, weeding, mulching, staking, pruning, and problem solving, etc. Disease and Insect I.D. not required, however, must be able to take the necessary steps to diagnose and treat the problem – either on own or by using outside experts. Horticultural degree, CNLA certification, Master Gardener, or equal practical experience required. Must be willing to receive further education and training.
